Since 2002, Kim manages celiac / coeliac disease and over a dozen food related allergies / sensitivities including dairy, fish, shellfish, pork and preservatives.  As an international business consultant and a former partner with Accenture, the world’s leading management consulting organization, she worked with thousands of Fortune 500 clients delivering customer business solutions on a worldwide basis.  Kim has traveled almost 2 million miles across the globe and dined in 25-plus countries while consulting with clients on four continents.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in the French Language from Purdue University and her Masters in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.  As one of the world’s authoritative experts in eating outside the home with special diets, she is consistently featured on radio, TV and magazines and consults with clients across the globe.
